Crash when switching to homepage

I had a layout open in L4B10 and used Alt-H to switch to the homepage. After half-loading the homepage Logos crashed.

This is repeatable and logs are attached

Edit: Does the crash only occur when you switch from the layout, or does it also happen if no panels are open?

I closed all the panels and then tried to switch to the homepage and it still crashed.
