I am not able to duplicate this (thankfully)
1. Open Search | Morph
2. All Morph Text; in Ephesians, in ESV, with Logos Greek Morphology
3. Searching various forms of the Lemma: logos.... crash

I have not had mine actually crash- but have consistently now while running a search had it say "L4 not responding" and Windows shut it down.
It has not generated a "crash report."
And mine are also in Ephesians- Logos morph, NA27- this was a saved search witin a layout- finally had to delete the search to keep it from locking L4 up.
I can't reproduce either the crash or 'not responding' problem with morph search, but I have reported the crash info to development. Thanks.
