Bug: 4.1 RC1: Update Resources does not work from the shortcut bar

As reported in another thread, if you drag the Update Resources command onto the shortcut bar, it actually executes the Update Now command instead.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!
