Crash: when trying to print and no default printer defined... 4.2B1

Trying to print a passage list (problem existed for all passage lists, but I did not try and print anything else.) this morning and L4.2B1 crashed immediately upon choosing the print/export menu item. In looking at the crash report it referenced an invalid printer:

1. So I checking my installed printers, noticed that none were indicated as default.

2. I chose one, made it the default and tried to print again and the program did not crash.
