Here's the second release to my Logos Log Scribe log archive utility that I first posted in A better way to get logs to send to Logos http://community.logos.com/forums/t/24961.aspx

6403.Logos Log Scribe R2.zip

This release has two changes:

  • Log archive file names now include the user name and a time stamp.
  • There is now an option to exclude the Logos logs and collect just the Console Messages. (Useful if Logos is crashing before it gets a chance to create any logs)

I still need an icon for the utility. If there's any artistic folks out there that can make Mac icons, let me know. The icon needs to be able to hold its own beside the likes of the Safari and Logos icons in the Dock.

Enjoy!

Daniel

Thanks for the new release. It's brilliant – and does exactly what it says on the tin!

Every blessing

I'd suggest an upside down Logos logo...signalling distress.

p.s. it is encouraging to see a third party Logos apps market appearing (incl the pbb site, Mark Barnes' library work, etc)

Yes, but only for Libronix: http://www.stilltruth.com/book/software/keeping-pbbs

Info Courtesy of Thomas Black: http://community.logos.com/members/5581/default.aspx

I use the PBB Updater on L3, and it really made PBB management easier--plus I was able to get tons of stuff I'd never have had time to track down manually.

As for L4, we'll have wait for that feature to get coded.
