I've received Kuyper's "The Antithesis between Symbolism and Revelation" today. Page view doesn't work well in this resource. I can only get two columns on my screen and in an "normaly sized" floating window I get only one column. Running 4.2B4.

I also see another problem: in Paged view with two columns and resource docked and maximized (actually doesn't have to be maximized to see this), or resource in floating window, when I scroll to the end, the last 1 to 16 words are missing--I can't get to them. This doesn't occur in Reading view.
Edit: After closing and reopening this resource, now when I show Paged view, there are two columns prior to maximizing and four columns when maximized. However, I still can't read the last few words.
