4.2 Beta 6: Deleting empty highlighting palette deletes the next (populated) palette
I had an empty highlighting palette which came right before my main custom palette in alphabetical order.
I wanted to get rid of it. Right-clicked on it, selected Delete palette. "My palette" was deleted instead.
In spite of the difficulty telling whether I had actually right-clicked in the right place (see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/26028.aspx), I've tried it several times now and am absolutely certain I was right-clicking on the empty palette and not my good one that I wanted to keep.
The only way I could find to delete that unwanted empty palette was to create a style in it, and then I could delete the palette.

There have been some anomalies with palettes in the Highlighting tool that have been reported, and one of them is the problem with deleting the correct palette, which I've seen for myself. Is your "My Palette" the last palette in your list?

Yes, it is. I had seen some other anomalies when I created the dummy palette that I found myself wanting to delete. I no longer remember what those problems were though, so I won't attempt to describe them. I believe that at first the newly created one didn't show up, so I tried to create it again and ended up with a second one with a (2) after it. The first one still wasn't showing up.
Also it's weird that when you create a new palette, it always goes to the end of the list regardless of its title, but when you close and reopen the Highlighting panel, the new one gets repositioned in alphabetical order. It should go immediately to its proper alphabetical place when it is created, as newly created styles within an existing palette do.

When I delete a palette, it's also my last one that is deleted instead. I had already added that to the list of other issues in Highlighting. I'll update the case with a link to this thread.

That's just when you delete an empty palette, right?
