Logos4 indexer has stopped working

1.       I am using logos4 scholars edition; windows 7.

Each time I turn on logos 4 i am getting the above index issue. This has been happening for the last 4 weeks.


2.       How do I also fix the message " visual c# command line has stopped working ( this message occurs each time i turn on logos 4

First, enable diagnostic logging. See http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Second, type Rebuild Index in the command box in Logos 4 and hit enter. This will cause Logos to do an entire reindexing, which will take some time. Let that finish.

Open Logos and see if you get a crash notice again or the other notice you've been getting. If so, find the logs in the Logos Log Files folder of My Documents, zip them into a single folder and attach them to a follow-up post here (use the paperclip icon on the message compose panel to do this).

Thanks Mark for your prompt response.


I reloaded W7 operating system  and it solved the Windows command # compiler issue.


I also followed your " rebuild Index" procedure in the command box as indicated and the error message no longer appears.
