Visual Filter Bug in 4.2a Beta 1 for Mac
I'm unable to create or modify a visual filter. When creating a new visual filter or selecting an existing one, I get a blank panel. When I try to close the panel, it locks up the program and I eventually have to force quit if it doesn't crash the program by itself. I've had both iterations. I've also had a visual filter I use on my Greek text not be applied to the text and not be in the menu with the the three overlapping balls. Can't find a pattern. Logs attached.
BTW, love all the new stuff. Thanks! And just in time for Christmas break!

In seeking to verify this bug, I right-clicked on a visual filter in the file menu and selected "Open in a Floating Window". I received a blank window as Seth did. However, the right-click menu will not leave. I tried hiding and restoring the app without any effect. I then attempted to return to the saved layout, and L4 crashed.

Restarted L4. Received a blank screen with only the tool bar showing. Clicked shortcut icon for a saved layout. Received some indication that L4 was trying to populate the layout, but then the app froze for more than 5 minutes (Log file show no activity).

Tried Cmd-Shift-H The ribbon appeared and the spokes began turning. However, nothing else ever happened. After 4+ minutes, I terminated the agony.

BTW: I really love Logos Log Scribe!
Restarted L4. Everything now appears normal, except for the Cited By bug reported by John Fidel in another thread.

The saga continues. I tried opening a visual filter by selecting it from the file menu without right-click. I receive a blank pane which will not go away.

I committed a fix for this bug last night and it should go out in the next beta.
