Hi,

How to recreate the problem:

  • Create a note with an annotated Bible Reference (eg. using Luke 19:10 below).
  • Open NASB to Luke 19:10 after you have restarted L4
  • Noticed the red paper clip on the verse.
  • Click on "visual filter" on the tool bar of the Bible Windows
  • Right button click on "Test" notes and select "Do not show on Any Resources"
  • Done.
  • Quit and Re-Start Logos 4 again.
  • QED

    Hi,

I forgot to mention that, this is not a problem with Logos 4 for Windows and Logos 4 for Windows (current beta).  So it is a Mac specific issue.

In Mac, when that option is selected, it removes the note marker, but only rarely deselects the checkbox as well, which is why it reappears after restarting Logos 4. I'll report this problem. Thanks for the report.

Edit:  The bug only seems to affect Notes, not Reading Plans, Visual Filters, etc. on a resource's Visual Filter drop-down

    Thanks Melissa,

Yes, it affected notes only. Imagine I have all the Geneva Bible Notes (put together by some members of the community here) ... each time I open any resources with Bible Reference, they all appear ... Thanks, look forward for that to be fixed.
