I cannot seem to find any specific area for asking questions about RefTagger.  The blog doesn't seem to accept new posts, and their forum link leads here.  Hopefully someone can help me.

My question is simple,  how do I make it work for a single verse reference?  For example, one line in my web page has the following:

"Jeremiah 16:14-17 and verse 21"

How do I get the "21" to work as a link the same way as the full scripture citation?  I cannot change the wording because it's a quote from an external reference.

TIA

Eric,

You'll need to edit the html code like this:

<cite class="bibleref" title="Jeremiah 16:21">21</cite>

If the above sample isn't showing the code (I don't see a way to mark it, so the forum may process it) go to http://reftagger.com/#tagging  and find the question near the end of the page about RefTagger supporting the Bibleref  markup.

hth!

Thanks!  The code shows fine, and it works well on my site.

Is there a list of tags that can be used besides title?  I noticed that in the title I can also specify the Bible version, which is great.  But surely there are others out there that can be put to good use.

My only complaint about the website (reftagger.com) is that info is hard to find and isn't organized well.
