Popup/Info window font size?

Is the setting of "default font size" in preferences supposed to affect the size of the font in mouse-over pop-ups and the info window? I've got mine set to 180%, and it's still tiny there.

I feel your pain.  Anyone know how this coming along?  

There's no way to increase OSx system font sizes, right?  I think that these may be connected, so maybe both the OS and software are at fault.

Hoping for a quick fix... it's tough...
