I am new to Biblia.com, but have been using Logos for years. Is there a way to see my Notes in Biblia.com?
Also, is there a way to highlight a resource in Biblia.com?

Not yet! There is already discussion that Biblia is being "rebuilt" on the back end to enable this sort of thing in the future, but we're not there yet.
Unfortunately there's no known timeframe either.
