Crash: Find (Command + F) "Demas" Crashes
Whenever I try to do a "find" (Command + F) within the ESV for "Demas" I get a crash. So far I am able to find the word "Demas" in other resources, but not within the ESV. I know the word is in the ESV! I was able to search for words such as "world," "earth," etc without crashing logos. Apparently there is something about the word "Demas" it doesn't like! I also crashed Logos when I search for "present world" trying to find the 2 Tim reference to Demas.
Log files attached.

I could not duplicate your crash. I did learn that L4 will not find anything if I included quote marks in the search term.

I did not include the quotes marks in my search when it crashed.

I'm not able to reproduce the crash either. It finds the 3 places Demas is mentioned in the ESV. We'll look at your log files.
To see if there is something different between our systems, could you go to the resource info in the ESV panel and next to Support Info note the version of the ESV, the RVI:ESVNT, and the RVI:ESVOT?
Edit: Also, information such as Columns setting, Inline Display on/off, Interlinear pane on/off, TOC pane on/off might be helpful.

Screenshot of Support Info and Screenshot of layout attached. I have columns set to none, inline set to off ,Interlinear pane set to on, TOC pane off.
I left one thing out of my original report. I am also pressing enter right after typing Demas. I did find this afternoon that it will find Demas if I do not hit enter after I type Deman. If I wait for it to find the first hit and then hit enter it will go onto the next hit. However if I hit enter after the Philemon 24 reference then it crashes again.
I've also included two examples of two times that it will crash with the steps I take to get it to crash. This crashes every time on my machine.
Example 1:
- ESV Open to Genesis 1:1
- I Press: Control + F
- I Type: Demas t
hen immediately press Enter - Logos Crashes Immediately
Example 2:
- ESV Open to Genesis 1:1
- I Press: Control + F
- I Type: Demas
- I Wait (approximately 1-2 seconds)
- Logos Opens ESV to first hit at Colossians 4:14
- I Press: Enter (Almost no waiting required for second hit)
- Logos Opens ESV to second hit at 2 Timothy 4:10
- I Press: Enter (Again, Almost no waiting required on third hit)
- Logos Opens ESV to third hit at Philemon 24
- I Press: Enter
- Logos Crashes Immediately

Thank you for the additional info.
Update: Crash occurs for me when I enable the Interlinear pane. I'll provide this info to development. Thanks!
Edit: I should add that it occurs for me with Interlinear pane on if I press Enter, as you did, but not when I click the down or up arrow. If the pane is off, I can press Enter with no problem.

I noticed that this issue was reportedly fixed in the latest release, however I am still getting a crash following example two:
Jonathan said:Example 2:
- ESV Open to Genesis 1:1
- I Press: Control + F
- I Type: Demas
- I Wait (approximately 1-2 seconds)
- Logos Opens ESV to first hit at Colossians 4:14
- I Press: Enter (Almost no waiting required for second hit)

- I Press: Enter (Again, Almost no waiting required on third hit)
- Logos Opens ESV to third hit at Philemon 24
- I Press: Enter
- Logos Crashes Immediately
Logs attached. This is with the interlinear pane open.

Just realized I am on the Beta channel which apparently did not update me to the latest release. Is this typical? I set update channel to Stable and will let you know if it fixes the problem.

Thanks. You won't receive Stable releases when your update channel is set to Beta. Once the next beta becomes available, if you want to test that version, be sure to set it back to Beta.

The problem is fixed. Sorry for the false alarm! :-)
