4.2a RC1: Drag resource window leaves focus in vacated pane

• Open two panes with two or three resource tabs in each
• Click to bring the focus to one resource in the left pane. Page Up/Down to confirm it's there.
• Drag that pane by its tab over into the right pane
• Press Page Down

Result: The topmost resource in the left pane scrolls down.

Expect: The resource in the tab I just dragged over to scroll down. I'd expect the focus to be there, either because it was the last tab I explicitly gave the focus to, or because it was the last tab that I manipulated in some other way (by dragging it). In either case, the actual behavior is unexpected and undesirable.
