Concur Logos 4.2a SR-5 on Mac does not have timeline style list.  Logos 4 PC has 8 timeline style choices:

Logos 5.1 has Timeline Tool with styles on Windows and OS X.  Caveat: timeline resources on OS X still lack style choices.
