Unable to change background color in Beta 4.3 Beta4

    The resource panel background is changeable in Beta 4; however, it does appear that the change doesn't take effect until the panel is moved, resized, floated, or closed and reopened. I'll submit a report to development. Keep in mind that the the color choices are pretty subtle, except for Gray.

    Update:  This will be fixed in the next beta.
