Mac 4.3 Beta Downloading New Resources
I am on the Mac 4.3 Beta version of Logos. Not sure how I ended up in the Beta version.
I recently purchased a new 7 volume (large) resource on the Second Temple.
For some reason, my Logos Software will not download it.
I called support, but they said they don't support the beta version.
Can someone help me?

Hi Joe,
have you tried typing "update now" (without quotes) into the command box? Does that find the resource? Which resource is it specifically? Finally, after you've tried that command can you post logs here (see How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac).

Wonder which Beta version ?
Also wondering about update channel setting, wiki has http://wiki.logos.com/The_Logos_4_Beta_Program#Finding_your_update_channel
If post logs, version # is included in log files along with update channel. As a Logos user with Many Volunteer Posts (MVP), would be glad to read log files and offer some suggestions.
