Well, I upgraded to the Portfolio. I downloaded 7.9 gigs of stuff and now logos is supposedly updated but will not open at all. It stays on the logging in screen. This is really driving me crazy. If someone could give me any info on what to do I would greatly appreciate it.
By the way I am running Snow Leopard on a Macbook.

Just realized you are on a Mac. Did you download the Mac Alpha 1, or are you running Logos 4 in Windows on your Mac?
Did you use your logos.com web account username and password to sign in? Any errors at sign in? Has it progressed to "Preparing Your Library"?
If you are running Logos 4 in Windows, it may be best to contact Customer Support at 800-875-6467 for help by phone. They'll be available today from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST.

I called and was told that they had no telephone support. I was in the program with no problems then updated and was never able to open after that. I wish I could call but no help when I did.
I am using the Alpha on the mac. I bought Crossover to try and use Logos but can't figure out how to get it to work. Driving me crazy to say the least. Right now it is the alpha.

Sorry, I edited my post before seeing your latest. Since the Mac version is an early Alpha version, it is only supported in the forum, so we will try to help you here. Can you confirm that you can log in to Logos.com with the same login ID and password that you're using to log in to Logos 4 for Mac?
Crossover has not worked successfully in the past with our previous version of Logos software because it didn't install a complete version of Windows. That may have changed. Were you using Libronix for Mac 1.2 or running Libronix DLS 3 for Windows on your Mac or a PC?
