Could someone from LOGOS tell me what tags are available/necessary to make a Bible Harmony PBB and a lectionary PBB? I promise to think VERY nice thoughts about you if either of these functions are working in the PBB,

Alternatively, if I look at an entry in SQLite (cleaned up via WordPad) and mimic that will it work?

I worked out calendar devotionals: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/34090.aspx.I would presume this will also work for lectionaries that aren't tied to a year.

My method of working this out is to add a milestone from a Logos resource to Clippings, then to examine the clipping in an SQLite browser. I also use the DataTypes page on the Wiki. Dated lectionaries will presumably need to use [[@date.<something>]], but without further investigation I can't say any more than that.

That was easier than I thought. Lectionaries (or anything with a full date) need milestones like this: [[@ymd.2010.12.25]].

MJ. Smith:
Bible Harmony PBB

This is harder, and perhaps not supported yet. It appears Logos books have a feature called DynamicTextRun which automatically generates the bible text in a Harmony. That's unlike anything we've seen before in PBBs, so I can't work out the syntax, sorry.

As long as we are asking about tags... Smile

I know this has been asked before, but could we get a complete list of author datatypes? In particular, at this time I need one for the Odes of Solomon and for Aphrahat the Persian Sage. We have some of Aphrahat's work in Logos (ANF/NPNF series) and the Odes through the Herneneia commentary so I would think/hope that there are author datatypes for these. It would also be nice to have the list of works Logos is/will use for these authors. It would be REALLY nice if any resources (Murray's Symbols especially) were tagged for them.

As with MJ, I would be REALLY appreciative. I'd even buy you a cup of your favorite beverage the next time you are in the DC region or I am in the northern WA region Big Smile

Have you seen this wiki page I put up a few months ago: http://wiki.logos.com/Author_Datatypes

Yes. But, unfortunately Aphrahat and the Odes are not there (and neither are others). If it is meant to be a complete list then there are several authors for whom we have works or citations in Logos that do not yet have datatypes assigned.
