PBB Bug: Logos doesn't like non-breaking hyphens

In Word, you can insert non-breaking hyphens (CTRL+SHIFT+-). Logos ignores these in the TOC (whereas it should replace them with normal hyphens), and it duplicates them in the body of the text.

I am seeing the issue with the non-breaking hyphen being left out of the TOC heading, however, I'm not seeing a duplication of the hyphens in the body of the text. Can you provide an example, or do you mean just that they are present in the body of the text and not ignored?
