4.3 Beta 9 Resource downloading (needed 3 restarts for 50 MB)
With couple pre-publications and resource updates, Logos 4.3 Beta 9 needed 3 download sessions for 50.4 MB:
After 2nd resource update download with Resource Installer icon jumping, issued Rebuild Bible Index command per 4.3 Beta 9 (v4.30.0.0964) available, then quit Logos 4 Mac, moved log files, then clicked OK for Resource Installer. Attached zip file has several folders with Indexer.log files (many resource time out errors in 05-Resource-Update01 and 06-Resource-Update02 folders):

Yes, we thought this download issue had been resolved, however, development is aware that it continues to be a problem for the Mac version. I will check on the status of a fix.

Noticed http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4.3_Beta_11 has "Fixed resource download timeout issue."
Concur Indexer.log file no longer has error messages about resource download timeout.
However, downloading 526.1 MB "froze" at 39 % complete (no network activity for 30 minutes); quit and restart 4.3 Beta 11 caused two Indexer icons to appear in menu bar; clicking cancel download was followed by both icons disappearing. Restart 4.3 Beta 11 resumed download of 340.9 MB that "froze" at 51 % complete (waited 6.5 hours, but downloads stuck). Clicking cancel download changes Indexer from downloading to indexing mode. Restarting 4.3 Beta 11 causes two Indexer icons in menu bar. Choose to restart Mac, with automatic launch of Indexer. Opening 4.3 Beta 11 kept one indexer icon in menu bar, now has 172.4 MB to download: at 99% complete, network activity dropped, waited 10 minutes, then clicked cancel downloading, which was followed by appearance of update installer. Clicking OK for resource update closed Logos 4.3 Beta 11, and hung update installer (force quit). Then launched Logos 4.3 Beta 11 again, which had 1.4 MB to download, went to 100 % complete, then incremental indexing. From known Bible search result issue, typed rebuild bible index command, which overwrote indexer.log file (only one indexer icon in menu bar).
Thankful for improvement: appears 4.3 Beta 11 downloaded 160 to 180 MB before freezing. The 526.1 MB had 148 queued updates. The 340.9 MB had 111 queued updates. The 172.4 MB had 48 queued updates. The 1.4 MB had 3 queued updates.
Note: internet service provider is using PPPOE, not know if IP address changes during download. Also Logos 4.3 Beta 11 sync automatically running every 5 minutes; nominally without error. Had seen one sync error few minutes before first download freeze, but did not repeat.
Apologies: couple Indexer.log files overwritten, had not seen any interesting messages. The download "freezes" look normal for resource dequeue, but lack further messages (and network download activity). The indexer process during a freeze drops to minimal CPU usage (0.8 %) so some code running.

Thanks for download improvements in Logos 4.3 Beta 12.
Downloaded vast majority of 91 resource files (526 MB) in one session; after resource installer OK, downloaded 2 resource files (22.7 MB); after resource installer OK, incrementally indexed. Thankful for lack of "freezing" during downloads.
