layouts crash
Just about all the time I try and load a layout on my Macbook pro, Logos crashes. I have been able to open to a blank layout, but if I try and open a layout (saved or otherwise) the program crashes. This does not take place on my IMac, so I went to it and updated a layout. I opened to a blank layout and tried to load it but it crashed on my MBP.
I held down the ctrl key last time I opened so here are the logs. I hope they help.

Thank you for the logs--we'll review them. We've had similar reports of users seeing this when Logos 4 opens as a non-maximized window and loading the layout maximizes it. Is that what is occurring on your system?

Melissa,
The layouts are not maximized but there are a couple of floating windows. I did not notice them trying to load maximized.

Your zipped logs didn't include a Logos4.log--only a ConsoleMessages.log. Try pressing the Cmd key immediately after you start Logos 4, and keep it held down until the Sign In window appears, and then click on the Sign In button to enable logging for that session. Then see if you can reproduce the crash again. Thanks.

Melissa,
I'm sorry. I thought I had held the Cmd key down prior to sending the previous log files. I tried again (held down the Cmd key then loaded the program, crash, used Logos Log Scribe to get the logs). Here are the new log files.

Melissa,
Thank you for your help. At my office computer this morning I also had a crash when starting the program. I restarted while holding down the command key when starting the second time and it again crashed. I saved the logs and restarted this time without any problems. Logs are below if you want them.
