It shows on my Orders page as an Open Pre-pub Order. It's status is "Ships Jul 29". It's not on PrePub anymore.

If this is it (http://www.logos.com/product/6066/studies-on-jeremiah), I think the train left the station. I would suggest you contact someone at Logos to rectify the oversight in filling your order.
Just called Customer Service, they said for some reason it did not process. I'm downloading it now!

Pam, you probably want to call or email Customer Service. I think some orders got lost, they can turn on the order quickly for you.
