Search results in Aligned View are OK but search results in Verses View and in Analysis View are missing almost all the references.

Was the Indexer not finished indexing the updated resources?

Yes and also rebuilt index and waited till it finishes. Still the same.

I'm sorry-- I thought intially that you meant it was missing the search hits completely for some references. Now I see that the results are there, but the verses are missing: after "1 En 19:1" the next reference should read "1 En 19:2," and then "Sibylline Oracles 1.42," and so on, until "4 Ezr 7:103," and then it is missing more.
I will report this to development. Thank you.

Thanks, Melissa, for reporting this. The development team has been fussing with this resource since the launch of Logos 4 without ever getting it right. It is somehow frustrating to own – and to have paid for – a resource that hasn't been working right for such a long time.

This will be fixed in the next program update. (You won't need to reindex.)
