I wish to use PDF ebooks in PBB. Any help?
Thanks
It is not possible to use any source other than docx. See http://community.logos.com/forums/t/36693.aspx
If the lisence allows it, copy them into word, and then publish them in Logos.
Observation: LibreOffice (free) can read PDF and write DOCX format => http://www.libreoffice.org/
Keep Smiling [:)]
Did you test this? from the page you linked and the product description of LO "Writer", I inferred the exact opposite: that LO can read DOCX and write PDF, which is much less helpful...
If copyright has expired, I've just had fun using foxit reader which allowed you to copy direct from a .pdf (unlike my Adobe Reader) into Word 2007

Did you test this?
LibreOffice includes xpdfimport.exe (for importing PDF); noticed Writer's open file dialog has several dozen choices. Writer's save as dialog has a 17 choices, including docx. Have learned LibreOffice 3.4.2 Writer crashes when trying to save as docx that has a table with Table of Content entries => http://community.logos.com/forums/p/36285/276903.aspx#276903
For grins, crashed LibreOffice 3.4.2 Writer trying to import a 1530 Tyndale Bible pdf (has page images).
Trying a different pdf import created a Draw document with each line of text in its own box (quite tedious to select every paragraph line for copy and paste; easier to use evince to open pdf to select text for copy and paste); Draw only has 5 save as drawing options.
I would really suggest a program called Calibre for converting formats around. It won't convert to docx, but it will convert to RTF, which you can then open in Word and save as a docx. I converted several epub books over this way, and I know it converts pdf files decently too.
If you happen to have Acrobat you can export a PDF as a word doc. You can format paint from a completed docx but you will still have to insert the headings and tag the file but it has worked very well for me so far. Don't forget about format painting this saves much time.
oh, and don't forget to save it as a docx.
