I was surprised to find, upon opening the Reading List http://topics.logos.com/History_of_Preaching_and_Biblical_Interpretation in Logos, that the Scripture references are not turned into links. They are hot links if you visit the reading list on topics.logos.com, so I think the fault is in Logos not with the person who created the Reading List.
You're right - I hadn't noticed because I've not had problems before. Strange. Glad you caught it.
A request to hyperlink Bible references in the Reading Lists panel is planned for a future release.
Thanks, Melissa. I hope it's not too far in the future. You can't even select the text of the Bible reference in the Reading List, since Reading List panels do not allow selection in them (but they should; see my "Copy from anywhere" feature request on Uservoice).
This issue should be resolved in 4.6 Beta 2 for beta users, and in general when 4.6 ships to the stable channel.
