Diagram and TOV of Greek 2Timothy ch 4
Attached is a R/K diagram of chapter 4 of 2Timothy from the Greek text. The diagram is built using L3 but easily converts to L4. As far as I know it will not work with a Mac. Also, below is the TOV of 2Timothy.

I Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus, by the will of God, according to the promise of life that is in Christ Jesus, send greetings to Timothy my beloved child- grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.
How I thank God (whom I serve with a clear conscience just as my forefathers did) for you and I never fail to mention you in my prayers. Night and day I remember your tears and I am eager to be reunited with you that I may be filled with joy. I am reminded of your sincere faith, the kind that first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, also now lives in you. For this reason I remind you to stir into flame God’s special gift (that you received through the laying on of my hands) as God did not give us a spirit of fearfulness but a spirit of power of love and of sound mind.
So then, don't be afraid to speak boldly about our Lord or of me his prisoner, but join with me in suffering for the gospel, as we rely on the power of God. It is God who has saved us and called us to a holy life, not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given to us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who, has broken the power of death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. It was for the gospel I was appointed a preacher and an apostle and a teacher and it was for the gospel I am suffering these things. Yet, I am not hesitant because I know the one whom I have put my trust in and am persuaded that he is able to guard that which I have entrusted to him for that day.
Hold firmly to the training that you have received from me, and do so with the faith and love that is ours in Christ Jesus. Keep a close watch over the wonderful treasure entrusted to you, through the power of the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us.
As you know everyone in the province of Asia has deserted me including Phygelus and Hermogenes. May the Lord show mercy to the household of Onesiphorus because he often visited me and cheered me up, and he was not ashamed of me because I am in prison. On the contrary, when he was in Rome he looked everywhere for me until he found me. You know very well how he helped me in so many ways when I was in Ephesus. May the Lord grant that he obtain mercy from the Lord on that day.
2 Now then, you my son, do not falter, but be strengthened by the power of the grace that is found in Christ Jesus and take what you and many others have heard me teach, and entrust these things to reliable men, who will in turn be able to teach others. You must endure the same kind of suffering that others are experiencing like a noble soldier of Christ Jesus. No one serving in the army gets distracted by matters of everyday life otherwise he will not please the one who recruited him. Similarly, if someone competes in an athletic contest he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules. The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops. Think about what I am saying for the Lord will give you understanding into all this.
Keep in mind Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David, in accordance with my gospel, which I am suffering for even to the point of being chained like a criminal (but God’s message is not chained). I am enduring all sorts of suffering because of this Gospel and for the sake of the elect that they too may obtain the salvation that comes through Christ Jesus and brings eternal glory. This is a trustworthy saying:
If we died with him, we will also live with him, If we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us. If we are unfaithful, he will remain faithful;
for he cannot disown himself.
Make it a regular practice to remind people of these things and warn them in the presence of God against quarreling over words. These kinds of disputes serve no useful purpose; instead, they upset those who listen. Make every effort to present yourself to God as a proven worker who does not need to be ashamed and who accurately teaches the word of truth. Avoid profane and godless chatter because it drives people further away from God and things that are said can spread like the plague. Among those doing this are Hymenaeus and Philetus.... the very ones who have wandered away from the truth saying the resurrection has already taken place! Their lies are upsetting the faith of the few who believe them. Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm sealed with this inscription:
"The Lord knows those who are his" and
"Let everyone who calls upon the name of
the Lord turn away from wickedness."
Now, in a wealthy home there are not only utensils of gold and silver, but also of wood and baked clay; some are for grand purposes and some for degrading. If someone keeps himself clean from what is degrading, he will be an instrument set apart and useful for grand and noble purposes, holy and useful to the master and ready for every good work.
Flee from youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. Don’t have anything to do with foolish controversies and senseless arguments because you know they generate conflicts. A servant of the Lord must not be combative but instead, he must be kind to everyone; he must be a skilled teacher and tolerant of those who disagree with him, gently correcting in the hope that God will grant them repentance; a repentance that will lead them to knowledge of the truth. Then, perhaps, they will come to their senses and escape from the devil's trap having been captured by him to do his will.
3 You can be certain of this- in the last days there will be terrifying times. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, callous, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the outward appearance of godliness but denying its true reality. Avoid such people. For among them are those who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak, submissive women who are overwhelmed by their sins and are easily swayed by all sorts of desires, they are always learning but never coming to a knowledge of the truth. And just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth, men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those two men, their folly will be obvious to everyone.
You however have carefully followed my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, as well as the persecutions and other horrible things I suffered in Antioch, Iconium and Lystra. Oh, the persecutions I have endured and yet, the Lord rescued me from all of them! The fact is, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. Evil and unscrupulous con men will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. You however, must remain faithful to the things you have been taught and believed, knowing those whom you learned from, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures that are able to give you wisdom that leads to salvation, through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, rebuking error, correcting and training in righteousness so the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
4 I give you this solemn charge, in the presence of God and Christ Jesus (the one who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom): preach the Word! Always be ready to proclaim it whether or not circumstances appear favorable. Correct, rebuke and encourage with the utmost patience and careful instruction, for the time is coming when men will not acknowledge sound doctrine but will, in accordance with their own lusts, surround themselves with a great number of teachers that give them what they want and to say what their itching ears want to hear. These folks will turn away from listening to the truth preferring to hear fictional accounts and legendary tales. But you must keep your head no matter what the situation; there will be hardships you will have to endure. You must do the work of an evangelist, as well as fulfill all the other duties of your ministry.
As for me, my life is being poured out like a drink offering and the time of my passing is close at hand. I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have kept the faith. And now, there is waiting for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day and not only to me but also to all whom are eagerly looking forward to his appearing.
Having fallen in love with the things of this life Demas has deserted me and gone off to Thessalonica. Crescens has gone to Galatia and Titus to Dalmatia; only Luke is with me (I have sent Tychicus to Ephesus). So, do your best to come to me quickly. On your way stop and get Mark and bring him with you because he can be a big help to me in my ministry. When you come bring the cloak that I left with Carpus at Troas and my scrolls... don't forget my scrolls, especially the parchments!
Alexander the coppersmith did me much harm. The Lord will repay him for what he has done. You too should be on your guard against him because he strongly opposed our message.
At my first defense no one stood with me instead they all deserted me. May it not be counted against them. But the Lord stood with me and gave me strength so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. And so I was delivered from the lion’s mouth. The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Say 'hello' to Priscilla and Aquila and the household of Onesiphorus for me. Erastus stayed in Corinth and Trophimus was too sick to travel so I left him in Miletus. Eubulus says "hi" and so does Pudens, Linus, Claudia and all the brothers. Do your best to get here before winter. May the Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you.

When I am doing intensive studies of various N.T. books for which you have shared sentence diagrams with the old Logos Newsgroups and now the Logos Forums, I find my study of the New Testament Κοινή Greek passages much enriched as I refer to your work as well as various other helps and commentaries! *smile* Will continue to be grateful!

Philippians 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........
