BUG: Visual Filter Generating False Positive Results?

I'm new to visual filtering, and a Hebrew novice, so I need some help with this please.

I was trying to Visual Filter all the occurrences where the Divine Name "I AM" is used.

If I filter by < lemma:אהיה > only, then just the word "AM" is visually filtered in NASB1995 and just the word "I" is visually filtered in ESV. I want both words "I AM" to be visually filtered.

On the other hand, if I just filter by < "I AM" >, then I get many other unwanted results where "I am" is used in English (eg. Gen 15:1,2), but is not with reference to the Divine Name. I don't want this.

So I tried filtering by < lemma:אהיה AND "I AM" >. I supposed that, if both conditions are met, I should get both words "I AM" (in English) visually filtered, whilst other occurrences of "I am" which do not correspond with < lemma:אהיה > will be omitted. I tried out this query in a Morph Search and sure enough, only 2 verses show up:

But when I applied this same query to the Visual Filter, the following results showed up:

(a) Ex 3:14 and Hos 1:9 are correctly filtered. (In this case, they show as light blue instead of purple background because of the Search query that is highlighting the results. No worries about that.)

(b) Ex 3:13 and Ex 3:16 are apparently incorrectly filtered. They do not match < lemma:אהיה >, and yet show up. Why?

(c) Gen 15:1 and Gen 15:2 are correctly not filtered, as they do not match < lemma:אהיה >, even though "I am" appears in English.

Incidentally, I'm no longer really concerned about the usefulness of applying a visual filter for this word, since the "I AM" only occurs in two verses in the whole bible! It's much easier to simply highlight it manually.

But what intrigues me now is, how is it that I can use the exact same query in Morph Search and in Visual Filter, and get different results? Did I miss something?
