Bug: 4.5 Beta 6: Footnotes at the end of a page don't appear

If a footnote is right at the end of a page, it doesn't appear when you print. The screenshot below is from Carson's The Difficult Doctrine of the Love of God. To reproduce, set the margins to normal at the page size to A4 portrait and the font-size to 100%. Select the section 1B to print ("Some Different Ways the Bible Speaks of the Love of God"). At the bottom of the page you'll see footnote 9, but it doesn't appear anywhere. If you select sections A&B, moving footnote 9 away from the bottom of the page, the footnote will then appear.
