When creating a new folder and then moving that new folder to go into another folder it automatically opens up other folders below the folder you moved said new folder into. See diagram below (this is hard to explain in writing :-) ):
Before:
Folder A
Folder B
Folder C
Folder D
Folder E
New Folder
After: Note that I have dragged the "New Folder" into "Folder B." After releasing the mouse button, "Folder C" magically opens to show its content.
--New Folder (Dragged New Folder from Bottom)
Folder C.1
Folder C.2
Folder C.3

I have noticed this behavior too... By the way, have you tried to delete a favorite?

I am able to reproduce this behavior as well, and will report it to Development.

Yes, using Logos 4.5a Beta 6 on Mac OS X 10.6.8, was unable to replicate this issue.
If you are encountering this issue with moving folders in Favorites, curious about Logos 4 Mac release ?
Keep Smiling
