BUG: One big unusable mess aka test of markup

What on earth was the computer thinking ... repeating markups at the beginning of lines? Bad, machine! Bad! Bad!
This highlighting had looked good i.e. vertical lines appear between the phrases as indicated by the note file. Then I went to label 3 items with numbers ... 3 things Abraham is being praised for. The result: the system decided the beginning of a line needed to repeat the highlighting - phrase dividers and the number. Net resoul ONE BIG UNUSABLE MESS.
EDIT: I have solved the problem of the phrase divider but not the multiple occurrence of the image (no. 1).

Were the numbers a victim of realignment e.g. the second number is within the bounds of the "praise phrase" and the ending #2 is missing?

No, the style is a simple image before the text ... to be able to identify the note for the highlight, I selected the phrase rather than just a word ... as I expand and contract the pane it places and additional image in front when I split a phrase. To me, this is absurd. When I used the line function, it did it with the front line as well. When I converted to using text for the vertical line it did not.
Just dinking around I thought the highlights were nearly ready for release. Trying to actually use them, I think not.

Thank you for reporting this. I have entered a case and sent it to our Development department.
