CRASH: Beta 13 (Repeatable)

Building the following file as a Personal Book crashes two systems every time. This file always worked fine in the past, I did not make any changes to the file, as you can see by viewing the File Properties the file was last modified on Sept. 17. The reason I recompiled the file, I am moving my source files to a drop box folder to ease the syncing problem.

Note all my other PB resources compiled successfully, albeit some with warnings (new in 4.5). I have 45 personal books, so 44 are ok.

It is the Word Table of Contents that causes it to crash. Removing the TOC, the file compiles successfully. I assume this is a bug?

Are there any logs associated with the crash? You have already narrowed it to the table of contents; I'm just wondering if a log might reveal what aspect of the table is causing the problem.
