Logos 4.5 - getting a new sync error message

I just updated to Logos 4.5 on my iMac. There is a sync icon in the upper right hand corner of my screen. On top of that, icon I have a yellow triangle with the following error message when I hover over it: "An error occurred during synchronization. Click to try again." I've clicked on this several times and always get the same message. Is anyone else seeing this after updating to version 4.5? I have restarted the application after installation and indexing has also completed.

I've experienced the same thing and I'm running Windows 7.

Yes, error log includes "The operation is not valid for the state of the transaction." for Web Service (Internal Server Error).

Updated both my iMac and PC and they are working just fine no issues, I will reboot my MacBook and see if that changes anything.

Same here. Won't sync.

We've been having some timeouts on our main sync server (no data loss, just slow operation) that are probably due to hundreds (or thousands) of users upgrading at once. This peaked around 4pm PST, but should be resolved now. We're continuously monitoring the servers and trying to resolve any issues we see as they arise.
If anyone is still having issues, it would greatly help us if you post your Logos4Error.log file here. (Logos 4 Mac may not generate this file by default--that's something I'm looking into--so you may need to explicitly enable logging, then post the full Logos4.log file.)

My Logos 4.5(4.50.0.1857) for Mac and PC are fine, no errors.

Went back an hour or so later and now my iMac and Windows 7 machine are both syncing properly with no errors. My issue must have been the server load Bradley was referring to.

Sounds perhaps like the issue I mentioned here. Posted logs in that thread.
Posted log has a different error "Invalid Operation Exception: Unable to set item state"; not know if related to server issue.

Option: download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.

lets try this
Looking at Logos4.log and Indexer.log files, noticed strange message "Can't open input server /Library/InputManagers/Safari140" along with process numbers over 21,000 (been awhile since Mac has been restarted; process numbers start at 1).
Wonder if restarting Mac affects Logos 4.5 ?
Also noticed sync error in Logos4.log file:
DatabaseSyncClientRepository | Item of type NotesDocumentSyncItem failed to submit; marked as error: Document:Notes:e52e40369e9352d19b98dc9283d78a5b

Tried a restart of the computer, but no luck... still can't sync.
Don't know if the devs have looked at the first set of logs, but here is a fresh set on a fresh restart.

Concur restart has been done, log files have unusual error message "Can't open input server /Library/InputManagers/Safari140"
Apologies: on my iMac running 10.6.8, I do not have InputManagers folder in my library.
Suggest contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact (if call, have option to share desktop with Logos technical support).

I'm getting the error, too.

I switched from using Windows 7 laptop to MacBook Pro retina display. I like the display and speed so far. I still haven't gotten it to sync yet though.
I've attached the zip file with the logs in it.6428.LogosArchive.zip
Thanks for your help and God bless.
