Help! I loaded Logos 3.0g on my new dell XPS-17 laptop with the Win 7 OS. Now, Logos continually freezes. And, I get this message:
"Error Line 466 (Report.js): ReportUI.Report Comntent.style.zoom' is null or not an object."
What's the fix please?
Sincerely,
Manuel Gonzales

Thanks for your kind suggestion. I intalled the patch, but the program still freezes and give s me the same error message. :-O
Manuel ... I assume you restarted your Libronix (and also your PC) after the patch?
Judging from the error message, it's in the javascript handling which would normally be part of the IE interface.
Are you using Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit? (64bit is more headachy).
Dear DMB, I'm using W7 64 bit. And, yes, I restarted Lib 3.0 several times since installing the patch. Is there anythng else that I can do to your lnowledge? Thanks for your help.
Manuel
Manuel, I think you should contact Logos Support. You can email them at support@logos.com or call during their normal business hours.

Hi Manuel,
Have you found a solution yet? I have the same problem. I tried various things with no luck. I also tried the IE9 patch. Perhaps it has to do with our computers? I also have a Dell XPS17

Wonder about diagnostic logs ? Support article has => http://www.logos.com/support/lbs/logging (could compress and attach to forum reply)
Note: Logos support has more Libronix articles => http://www.logos.com/L3/support/windows
Personally able to use Libronix 3.0g on a Dell XPS 17 laptop running 64 bit Windows 7 (do run as administrator to enable all Libronix functionality)
Sarel ... another Libronix user today had their problem get fixed with the most recent Microsoft update ... maybe that might be an opportunity for you?
