Crash: Import Highlighting from Libronix

A user had requested the feasibility of doing this so I thought to test it:

1. Created 4 highlights from 2 palettes in ESV in L3
2. Closed L3
3. Import Highlighting command in L4
4. Crash!

  This crash has been fixed as of 4.5a Beta 3
