That log file is not from the crash but from a later problem when I could not close the empty search window caused by the syntax search. Logging was not enabled for that crash; however, it should not be difficult to reproduce as several users have reported problems with this feature.

The persistent empty problem was solved by opening L4 with a blank layout. However, search is now inoperative. It always opens with that same blank window.

UPDATE: Performed a right-click lemma search from the ESV which cleared the persistent blank window.
