Website says I own something, but it's not in my Library...

I was perusing Logos for resources on Jehovah's Witnesses, and came across the collection by Robert A. Morey, and the website said I already owned the product.  I didn't recall buying it, but wondered if it was part of a bigger package, yet when I checked my library and order account page, I didn't see it.  Could this be a website glitch, or do I actually own these resources?

Thanks David,

Unfortunately, I don't think I own any of them.  Unless the collection was offered as part of a base package in the past, I don't remember buying any of them, and they're not showing up in my library or on my order page.

The Works of Dr. Robert A. Morey (33 vols.)

 is included in the Portfolio Edition base package only.  I notice the very nice price in your snapshot there. Must be Academic pricing. The regular selling price is $299.

It is also included in the Christian Apologetics bundle...but like the OP I also noticed earlier today that the button is greyed out for me for this resource and I know for a fact that I don't own it (though it is on my wishlist).

If you own all the sub-components of that collection, but not the collection itself, the website will say that you own that collection.

If you find that you don't own all the sub-components, please respond back as detecting ownership of collections by their sub-components is a recent change and we are still looking for issues with it.

Then it will please you to know that, unlike the last time I checked, I found very few issues looking through the Catholic Products list:

• The ACCS shows up as unowned, although I do own it (and have bought it from you).
• NABRE and the Nova Vulgata have coloured buttons, although I own them through the Library Builder, but I believe that is a (sort of) deliberate thing, having to do with the fact that I shouldn't be charged for them when they ship, right? Both of them are unlocked 'under the hood', so to speak, i e they behave correctly when I add &unlocked=yes/no. So I expect they will gray out after the official shipping?
• CCSS: Second Corinthians is a similar issue, since it too is a prepub. However, I do 'own' it through the bundle that is also on prepub. (And I do wonder how many people have forgotten to cancel their preorders for these 3 titles, plus the NRSV RI, after they ordered the larger items.) This one does not behave correctly when I add &unlocked=yes/no.

On another note, this isn't corrrect:

There are 3 Catholic base packages. The Catholic Foundations Library isn't tagged as Catholic!

Outside of the Catholic products, the Hermeneia Upgrade (3 vols.) and the Early Church Bundle (61 vols.) still show incorrectly as  not owned, and I almost believe I have all volumes of Pillar New Testament Commentary (PNTC) (14 vols.), though I'm too lazy to check right now.

But thank you for a huge improvement. Now if you could fix this website bug for me...   I use it all the time.
