I installed Libronix DLS on my PC (Windows/Vista; Mozilla Firefox) and when I opened Libronix,  the Account Management window did not open automatically. 

When I tried to open the Account Management from the Tools menu, it still would not open!

I can open "My Library", but all of the resources are locked.

What is wrong with this program?

Wonder about Internet Explorer (IE) version ? If have IE 9, a patch is needed => http://www.logos.com/support/windows/LDLS-IE9

Also wonder about Libronix version ?

Logos has Libronix support page => http://www.logos.com/L3/support/windows that includes 3.0g download article.

Problem solved by downloading Logos for Windows app: http://www.logos.com/apps
