Since file is malformed (corrupt), wonder about deleting:

'C:\Users\Tom Collinge\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\3ysg5xmh.3ps\PersonalBookIndex\supplemental-build.lxn'

Then try indexing again.

This appears to be an error with SQLite that we haven't completely identified yet. A simple workaround would be to delete the entire folder:

C:\Users\Tom Collinge\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\3ysg5xmh.3ps\PersonalBookIndex
(This will force reindexing of all PBBs, but unless you have thousands of them, this shouldn't take too long.)

Thanks Bradley, this worked.

The indexer failed again, and it looks like the same issue to me.  Here are the logs

8306.Logos4IndexerError.log

4024.Logos4IndexerCrash.txt

I will delete the same folder.

I will delete the same folder.

This failed on a different index. You need to remove the LibraryIndex folder, and it will take hours to reindex.

You could just remove the supplemental-* files in the LibraryIndex folder. This will rebuild the supplemental index (then merge it into the main index), which should be much quicker than reindexing everything.

I just looked, and I do not have any supplemental-* files in my LibraryIndex folder.

Everything worked when I deleted the folder and re-indexed.

But the index program failed again after I compiled a PBB, and here are the reports:

5140.Logos4IndexerCrash.txt

0268.Logos4IndexerError.log

The original problem has resurfaced. The workaround will be the same (with the PB index) until Logos can come up with a fix.

I don't think so.
