Problem for using Passage Guide

When I open the Passage Guide, I found that the page can't be fully displayed. What is the problem of this?

I have already update my Libronix to 3.0g and run the IE9 patch already...Thanks for your help!!

does it work if you set Language (in Tools > Options > Interface) to English?
