I am trying to create a hyperlink (I think that is what it's called) in a resource and paste it in my notes so the link will take me back to that resource. I have used it before and it has worked fine. However, now when I hover my mouse over the "copy location as" it does not highlight and I cannot create the link.

You must click on URL to copy the link.
Then Select the text "Test" in this shot. Then paste the link by clicking on the chain links and then pasting into the box that appears.
