I have a Macbook pro and everything works great, i recently purchased aan Imac latest model and after installing Logos i can not get it to start? it starts and only thing or window i can open is if i in the menu press "Go"/"library"
I can not open home or search. I tried uninstall and reinstall but no success.
Can anyone help?
Edit: it works now, i edited my reading plans and now it works, so the lesson here is do not fall behind on your scripture reading or things will stop working in your life ;)

Did you install from the website, or from a disc? It would be best to download the engine from HERE. After you installed the engine, did you enter your username & password; download your resources; and give the app time to index?

I used the installer from your link both times, are trying a third time now.
I did enter username and password correct(works on my macbook)
downloaded about 4,5 gig of resourses and also indexed complete.
Still will not open, i do not understand the logfiles so good so i can not determine if it is me or something i did or latest Mac osx update or something else?
Since working for others its probably me or some app/program or update i use?

I don't know how to read logs either… I just chimed in to make sure it wasn't something simple. Hopefully one of the techie users will chime in soon! Sorry.

Would like to look at diagnostic log files. The posted Logos4.zip file contains one file, which has the path to Logging folder, but does not have Logos 4 Mac diagnostic log files.
Could enable diagnostic logging, restart Mac, launch Logos 4 Mac. If window does not appear, wait for 4 minutes. If still no window, then compress log files and attach to a forum reply. Wiki Mac Troubleshooting has => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac
Optional: download and use 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.
Optional: download and use Logos Log Scribe application to create a zip file on your desktop that includes your diagnostic logs plus a copy of console messages.

First post now has diagnostic log files. Looking at Logos4.log noticed hundreds of reading plans have errors: "Saved item is from a different version of this resource."
From reading plan article titles, noted pattern of Dmmdd where mm is month and dd is day. After reading plan D1231, Logos 4 Mac crashes.
Wonder if crash repeats by opening Logos 4 Mac to a blank layout, then clicking Home button ?
Wiki => Logos 4 Keyboard Shortcuts For Mac has:
Sign In tip: launch Logos 4, then quickly press and hold command key until Sign In appears (release command key), then click “Use blank layout” and/or “Work offline”, followed by clicking Sign in
Also noted stable Logos 4.5 SR-1 release, so other option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact (closed on weekends)
any idea how to delete reading plans? i tried from my macbook but i have to many :) and cant find where to delete them?
I edited my reading plans and now it works, do not fall behind in your reading plans and do not be overzealus in creating them :)
