I noticed that the prioritizing resources does not affect the right click menu selections. For example: the word "Hellenist." Right click...highlight the word...and in the left column of the right click menu there are options and at the bottom section are dictionaries. That selection does not populate per my prioritized resources. The same is true when I look at a word and want to look at a lemma and so on.
Can you prioritize right click choices? Or does prioritizing only apply to passage and exegetical guide reports?
J. Kane: Can you prioritize right click choices? Or does prioritizing only apply to passage and exegetical guide reports?
Prioritized resources should be showing up in the bottom left portion of the right click menu. One thing to make sure of is that your prioritized resources are limited to no more than 5 choices in 6 categories and that they are arranged neatly in this order.
English Bibles
Commentaries
Bible Dictionaries
Greek Lexicons
Hebrew Lexicons
Calendar Devotionals
Have you prioritized more than 5 resources in these categories? If not are the resources arranged categorically. I remember Morris Proctor making a big deal out of this at Camp Logos.

Can you post a screenshot of an example where you are seeing this and also one showing your current prioritisation?

Thanks for the feedback.
Yep - I have more than 5 resources prioritized...way more...I thought I heard Morris or Art in Camp 2 say they have huge sections of their libraries prioritized.
I also have them in order like you said. I don't recall reading or hearing anywhere that the number of prioritized resources affects the right click selections.
So I'll wait and see if anyone else weighs in.

To be clear, the right-click menu items are ordered by priority. Here is what I get when I right click on "hellenist":
The order you see there is the same order that those resources are prioritized.
Can you post screenshots of your right click menu and your library prioritization list?

You may prioritize as many as you want. I have most all of my dictionaries, lexicons, and commentaries prioritized in order of preference.

Sure
I'm in acts 11 and here's that shot.
I then right click and experience sheer bliss with all I can do...and here's what I get...
When i highlight "Hellenists" at the top you now see what I get...if I did lemma or manuscript or whatever this would all change...
But the point is the dictionaries being show there is not the way they are prioritized. As I said I have hundreds of books prioritized as I recall was suggested by Morris or Art. Here's the applicable screen shot.
As you can see I have Nelson, then Easton, then Eerdman, then Baker, then Smith's etc and that's not what shows in the right click.
Now what say you?
J. Kane: As you can see I have Nelson, then Easton, then Eerdman, then Baker, then Smith's etc and that's not what shows in the right click. Now what say you?
Resources that don't have a matching indexed entry for the word will not show up. It looks correct.
Nelson's only has an entry for "hellenism", so it won't match "hellenist". Easton's doesn't discuss it at all. Etc.

Todd...you made it too simple...I've seen this in original grammars as well...duh...if an entry isn't there Logos isn't going to display the resource!
So I guess you can have as many resources prioritized as you want!
Thanks!
J. Kane:So I guess you can have as many resources prioritized as you want!
My mistake! I suppose I should go to Camp 2. In Camp 1 Moe encouraged us to keep the list of prioritized resources to five and to keep them in catgegorical order. Learn something new about Logos everyday!
I'll add my starbucks $1.50$ here:
I had mine all prioritized as well, and had the sorting and such, but I ended up reading the other resources as well; so I went through and UN-prioritized everything. But I did keep the 'collections'....
I figured if'n I was going to read them there was no need to have them prioritized.....so that when I would look up a word such as hellenist I would also get hellenism it made for good reading and I could bookmark highlight copy/paste as needed w/references to other parts of the word or the root of the word or the lemma's of such.....besides if you are only going to get 5 to show on the right-click........
Of course that just me....
