Is there any one can not open Logos 4 after update Java for OS X 2012 003.
My iMac is 2009 version with latest Lion operation. I tried to open logos and software disappear after 20 second log in.
Appreciate for help for the above.

First, welcome to the forums!
I have something for you to try, but first, can you do something for me? Can you try to get a screen shot [Command-Shift-3] and upload it here? [When you try to post the screen shot, it will be located on your desktop. Use the paperclip icon in the formatting pallet to insert the picture in the post]
After you have done that, when you restart Logos, immediately afterwards, press and hold the command key. This will bring up a sign in dialog box. There will be a place to check "use blank layout." Check that and click "sign in."

Personally able to use Logos 4.5b Beta 6 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 after Java update.

Would like to look at diagnostic log files.
Could enable diagnostic logging, restart Mac, launch Logos 4 Mac. If software disappearing repeats (crash), then compress log files and attach to a forum reply. Wiki Mac Troubleshooting has => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac
Optional: download and use 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.
Optional: download and use Logos Log Scribe application to create a zip file on your desktop that includes your diagnostic logs plus a copy of console messages.

I tried to upload the screen shot but the window keep saying eror. However, I search from other post and found my problem properly is Sync Problem because I can work in offline.
Properly is not Java problem and its Sync problem.
Any additional advice?

You are not alone, I made the same connection/assumption- after installing the java fix, Logos would not load. I made the connection because I didn't make any other changes.

Likewise appreciate connection timing, which would be valid if Logos used Java. Personally experienced sync issue before Java update.
Note: after reading about couple exploits using Java security hole for malware software installation without user interaction, have disabled Java in Safari and use NoScript in Firefox with default of Java disabled.
Thanks for the input on this, after reading this thread and understanding that there was no Java in Logos (I usually drink a lot of java while using Logos, though)- I decided to clean some things up, shut everything down and restart and refresh everything- Logos started, synced and is up fine this morning. Now it's time to get my java...
