BUG Beta 7 Repeatable Crash accessing "not-existing" resource
First, thank you for Beta 7 and the work you invest into making this product better day by day!
EDIT: My crash maybe occurs only in certain unusual situations, but I'm not sure - Hiding books needs to be tested on this.
This crash occurs when Logos tries to access a resource that formerly was in the library but is no longer available (licence problem, transferred, Hidden resources /EDIT
Background: I have the HCSB in the button bar among other bibles. Recently, for whatever reason (I have mailed CS about that), Logos got the impression that I don't have this any more. Thus it can't open it when I click the shortcut button.
Beta 6 yesterday reacted with the following informative tab:
Beta 7 crashes L4.
Logfiles attached (don't get confused with the numerous Beta 6 errors regarding Faithlife groups yesterday): 3531.Crash Beta7 2012-04-19.zip
EDIT: Repeatable steps to reproduce:
1. Drag a resource to the button bar to have a way to access it later (I haven't yet tested calling it from the Favorites or from a Reading List or simply a link)
2. Drag the resource to the Hidden Books section of Settings
3. Restart L4 to really hide it - now it's no longer in the library
4. Click the button => L4 crashes
EDIT 2 alternatively to Step 1 it suffices to copy a link such as logosres:graceab;ref=Page.p_8;off=612 someplace (a Note or whatever) and invoke the link in step 4. Logos crashes. It even crashes if I invoke the link by copying it into the browser address line of Chrome. Logos starts (if it isn't up already) and crashes in its boot-up process. FYI the link refers to Grace Abounding, the free book of the month, which I've just hidden for a try, but it works with any resource.
For whatever reason, the HCSB produced a crash log this morning whereas the Hidden Resources don't. I forced Logos to log activity - you will find that the next to last line is the call to hidden "Grace abounding" - it wants to open it and then L4 simply stops without anything (I waited for the Win 7 App-Crash Window that claims looking for solution to finish by itself, then gave the Win 7 Window that told me the App needs to be closed some time. No crash-log and no new entries in the Logos log either.

This could potentially create problems from within the beta FLSB resource as it has resource links to articles that I (used to have).
Up to now, I have always gotten the "you don't have it..but you could message."
I have not yet loaded the beta so cannot confirm this.

This bug persists in the "stable" RC - i.e. Program Version: 4.5b (4.52.0.2168)
Tried opening the currently-no-longer-mine HCSB from the shortcut button (Crash) and hiding the "Grace abounding" resource and trying access through the logosres-link in my Notes (Crash 2). Both crashes produced an error log and a crash log

Thanks for reporting this; it should be fixed in the next RC.
