How to Change L4 Font to White on Black background using Windows 7 OS

Does any one know how to change L4 font to white on black background (i.e. "low light mode" on Apple Logos app)?

    Caveat: Logos 4 allows resources to use Windows default colors (e.g. dark brown text on yellowish background), but other items (e.g. search, guides, tools, pop-up's) always have a white background, see thread => High contrast: black background white lettering.. problem

    Personally modified my Windows 7 default colors to mimic sepia color option (albeit background is a bit darker), which works with my Logos Greek Morphology visual filters.  For easy to read colors, highway signage has many color combinations, including a number of warning signs with black text on a yellowish background.
