Bug: Logos mouseover popups when using applications on another Desktop.

This is an issue I've experienced with every version of L4M, running on Lion with multiple Desktops but haven't caught on a screenshot before. When using applications in another desktop occasionally Logos mouseover popups will show up. It seems to happen sometime at random but one way that I can reproduce it is to open logos to the home screen in one Desktop, and note the position of the Library Slideshow, then switch to another desktop and put the mouse cursor where the Slideshow for a minute or so; it will popup with the book info at some point when the slide changes.

It seems odd to me that Logos is even getting mouse events from OSX when it's not the active application like it could be an OS bug, but I've never experienced anything like this with any other program [:^)]

In this screenshot I've swapped from Desktop 4 with Logos open, to Desktop 3 which is blank (Finder becomes the active program). In Mission Control you can see the book popup in Desktop 3 where the library slideshow is on Desktop 4:
