In know there's already a Twitter feed, and an RSS feed on Vyrso free books, but since I'm using neither on a regular basis (I'm still in the stone age, mainly using email...) I've created a script checking the Vyrso website every 60 minutes, and sending out all new free books by email. So it sends out emails no later than 60 minutes after initial release of new freebies.

You can sign up to the newsletter here: http://www.heidoc.net/joomla/bible-apps/vyrso-freebies

Blessings,

Jan

Thanks, Jan, for this service. I've signed up for it as I don't use Twitter or RSS feeds either. If it's not too much effort, it would also be great to extend it to the Daily Twitter deals for Logos.

I have subscribed, but I don't get the mails. I know because I have found the new may freebies, but I didn't get a mail.

There was a problem with the email of 1st May, as the structure of the May website differs slightly from the April website. I sent out a manually created email on 1st May evening. So maybe it's gone to your spam folder? It was definitely sent out:

About the Twitter deals, I think that'd be a bit more challanging, as it requires use of the Twitter API, setting up a Twitter app etc. There are some free Twitter to E-Mail services, such as this one here: http://tweetymail.com/ (Haven't tried it though...)

However, I'm about to integrate a check for Logos.com freebies as well. I'll have them checked for new freebies on a daily basis, as Logos free stuff usually is available for at least an entire month.

Blessings,

Jan
