Bug: Stereoscopic view selection menu missing

The menu to change the stereoscopic view mode has gone missing.

It is present in 4.5a SR-1 but not in 4.5b with the same version of the resource.

Hi Corey and welcome to the forums.
If you've upgraded to the latest version (I think; before I upgraded day before yesterday, I couldn't see the little menu), it shows for the resource 'Traveling in the Holy Land ... Media Resource' .
It doesn't show for the other 'Traveling' nor the 'Middle East' one.
